Welcome to Phil Pask’s Calf Strain rehabilitation program. It is based on what an elite level athlete would do but adapted for use by sportsmen and women of all ages and abilities. Work through each phase, only moving onto the next phase when you reach the specific exit criteria outlined in each phase.
